Each building has Preventive Maintenance Binder that is the commanding guide and tool for the maintenance works for the entire site, including all mechanical systems. We travel extra mile to prevent the occurrence of any severe damage and its associated cost to rebuild the facility/system. Periodic meetings on assessment of safety and security, Star Home Properties, always keep records updated. It is our duty to answer different departments and city officials on different rectifications in a timely manner. If necessary, security patrols are implemented for the safety of the site.
